SBS STAINX is a lining material with extra sliding and wear protection.
Made from high quality stainless steel and is used when adhesion is exacerbated by abrasive wear and causing premature wear of the plastic liner.
Depending on the requirements, SBS STAINX is supplied either in the form of sheets made of various types of high-quality stainless steel, or in the form of a pre-assembled product, which is part of the finished structure. The standard sheet thickness is 4 mm.
Laying and fixing:
In steel structures, the sheet segments are welded to each other and to the supporting surface below them.
Bunker systems made of concrete can also be effectively lined with SBS STAINX.
The individual SBS STAINX elements are fixed to the concrete surface with dowels. The fixture is installed or welded flush with the lining surface.
Effective slip stimulation with equally high wear resistance when the wear resistance of the plastic liner is insufficient.
