SOLUT Blanket

Product description

High-temperature heat-insulating (fire-resistant) needle-punched ceramic-fiber aluminosilicate coils with silicon oxide content for the strictest requirements. They are produced at different temperatures, have different density and thickness, and can be fixed on both sides.

The products have good chemical resistance to all hydrocarbons, including oils, acids (except hydrofluoric and orthophosphoric), alkalis and water

Scope of application 

Refractory lining and heat insulation of various industrial facilities such as:

  • Electric arc furnaces
  • Heat insulation of high-temperature units and plants
  • Sealing of joints of thermal generating units
  • Production of blocks and components of refractory lining elements
  • Boilers, reformers, gas ducts
  • Heat insulation of gutters, containers, pipelines
  • Tunnel kiln insulation
  • Heat curtain

The material is easily cut with ordinary scissors or a knife. Attachment to the metal structure is carried out with ready-to-use paste-like mounting glue.
